We offer family run comfortable and elegant accommodation in a large Edwardian House set in one acre of wooded garden on one of the most prestigious roads in Norwich. Our aim is to provide a warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere so that you feel totally at home.

Where we are

Our location has excellent access to the main A11 / M11 road into Norwich. We are also near the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Lotus Cars and Norwich's fine, historic city centre with easy access for Aviva buildings.

We have a bus stop outside the driveway which has buses running past every 5-10 minutes to the city centre, walking in only takes about 25 minutes. There is ample on site car parking. You may also park here late on your day of departure.

Our accommodation service

We have three spacious en-suite bedrooms with well sprung beds, elegant curtains and décor, flatscreen TV with freeview, fridge, dvd player, hairdryer and coffee/tea-making facilities. The rooms are fully cleaned and made up with fresh linen ready for arrival and serviced once a week for longer stays, towels are provided. The large mature garden displays a wide variety of specimen trees and shrubs providing seclusion and privacy within a splendid setting.

There is a 36ft x 18ft indoor swimming pool which is fully enclosed in a warm climate controlled building attached to the main house. We use an alternative to chlorine, which has the benefit of being odourless and kind to hair and skin. The pool temperature is a comfortable 30c. There is no life guard so swimming is at your own risk.

Check in is from 3pm

Check out is up to 11am.

Minimum 4 night stay, Monday to Friday, 2 or 3 nights available Friday to Sunday, discounts available for longer stays of a week or more.

ALL PRICES INCLUDE PARKING, ALL BILLS, SERVICING ONCE A WEEK AND INDIVIDUAL FRIDGE PER ROOM (Prices subject to change).

FREE WIFI IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE.

Payments are by cash or cheque supported with a cheque guarantee card. The house and gardens are non-smoking and we do not cater for animals.

Norwich is an historic city with many cultural attractions both in the city itself and in the wider surroundings of the Norfolk countryside or the Norfolk coast. We can give advice on places to visit, sights to see and restaurants and pubs.
